The Aero App Clip provides a native-quality, interactive augmented reality viewing experience without the need to download an app.

Design Goals
- Allow augmented reality creators to deliver high quality and interactive experiences to viewers with minimal friction.
- Make the viewing experience as light-weight as possible while keeping high value features like video recording and sharing.
- Leverage publish settings set by creators so their viewers have context on what they are about to experience.
Challenges
- In order to allow creators to add valuable context for their experience we identified that the way creators publish experiences needed to be rethought.
- In order to meet App Clip requirements we needed to make some strategic decisions on what functionality to remove from Aero’s App Clip while not sacrificing capabilities or overall experience quality.
